On this day, at the time of full sunrise, Brahmaji created the world, so it signifies the commencement of the new year. Today, for the well being
throughout the year, Shri Thakurji is offered (Mor) of Neem leaves and Mishri.
Chaitra Sud 1 (Ekam) to Chaitra Sud 9 (Navam) is known as "Chaitri Navratri". In these days, the main bhaav is of Shri Swaminiji, that is why, Shri Thakurji
adornes Red Chaapa Vastra etc. Today, small & soft (Mor) of the Neem leaves along with Mishri and Cardamom is offered to the Prabhu. The small & soft
(Mor) of the Neem leaves are of Shri Swaminiji's Bhaav, Mishri is of Shri Yamunaji's Bhaav and cardamom is of Kumarika's Bhaav. From today, at the time
of Shringaar/Rajbhog, the Panchaang is read.
SEVA PRAKAAR
On this day Shri Thakurji's Abhyang is done. Vastra is Red Chaakdar Vaghaa/Khule Bandh with golden chaapa, Patuka is also red, Thada Vastra is White.
On Shri mastak is Red Kulhe with Zari and Sadaa Jod of 5 Chandrika. Shringar is of Hamel and Vanmaala, ornaments are of Diamonds and Moti, Shringaar
is full(heavy) and pichwaai is of Red Chaapa.
Shri Thakurji is offered leaves of Neem and Mishri.
Today's special saamagri is Choritha aur Maida ke Aate ke Laddu, Patiya ki Sev, Teenkuda, Moong ki Chooti daal, kadhi, chaas-wada, papad, kachariya,
sandhana, bilsaaru and bhujena.
At the time of Rajbhog, the Fulmandli is necessary.
