1. Shri Vitthalnathji was born on the 9th day of the dark fortnight of the month magsar (magsar vad navam(guj), paush vad navam(vraj) at Charnaat in

Vikram Samvat 1572.

2. On V.S. 1580 Chaitra Sood (Gujarati month) noam (9th day of the month), Shri Vitthalnathji was only eight ear old, his Yagnopavit(janeu) was done.

Immediately after Yagnopavit, Shri Mahaprabhuji gave Brahmasambandh to Shri Vitthalnathji.

3. From young age Shri Vitthalnathji had acquired a flare for horse riding. AapShri used to ride

horse with friends and used to tour the forests which were surrounded by River Ganges (Ganagaji).

After the horse riding, His muscles then were again put to a task for Mal-Kushti (wrestling).

He was a champion wrestler in the area. After wrestling he again relaxed his body by swimming in the river.

He loved swimming in River Gangaji for hours.

4. At very young age, Shri Gusaiji had
flare for painting and drawings. He also was champion in paper carving art that is Origami. In the evenings he used to

gather young friends and AapShri had built quite a team which became
expert in Raas-leela. This hobby developed into music and then he started creating

his versions of music and songs
.

He provided music to his own lyrics and used to sing in sanmukh of prabhu.

5.
Shri Gusaiji use to love playing Veena. But, while playing the instrument, the tips of his fingers

had hardened
through constant friction with the strings of veena. Fearing that this might hurt

Shreenathjis tender skin while performing seva, Shri Gusaiji stopped playing the Veena.

6. Shri Mahaprabhuji taught the Shrigar seva and also while getting educated at Saandipani Aashram

Shri Gusaiji became an expert in Jyotish vidya (Astrology). He used this knowledge in the Seva of Shriji for

deciding the 'Utsav Nirnay'. After that study AapShri was educated in Sanjivani Vidiya (Education of Medicines).

7. When the Param Vaishnav Shri Gajan Dhavan's sevya swaroop Shri Navneet Priyaji was given back to

Mahaprabhuji, AapShri gave this swaroop to Shri Gusaiji and asked Him to to serve the swaroop.

(Navneet Priyaji is one of the Nav-nidhi swaroop and at present this swaroop resides in Shri Nathdwara.)

8. On V.S. 1642, (Maha Vad 7 -Guj.) Shri Gusaiji entered Shri Girirajji's kandara, just like Shri Mahaprabhuji entered Shri Gangaji, to leave this material

world
. He left behind a rich legacy of his 7 sons and 4 daughters along with their families and a large number of disciples in the Shrijis seva and himself

entered in the nitya leela of Shriji in Giri Kandara.

Shri Gusaiji loved the vraj Bhumi, Shri Girirajji, Shri Yamunaji-- very much. That is why he made house to live, in Gokul(the heart of Vraj) for himself and

family.

As Shriji loves Cows very much and is also very much fond of milk, curd and butter, So, Shri Gusaiji built a large Gau Shala(Cow Shed). This served both

the purpose i.e. Shriji could play with the cows as well as it ensured a smooth flow of milk, curd and butter in Shriji's seva. 8 main Gwaalas and several

other sevaks were appointed to look after these cows.

Seva Paraayan Shri Gusaiji

Even though Shri Gusaiji stayed in Gokul, he never missed the Seva of Shriji at Shri Girirajji in Jatipura. After performing the Seva of Shri Navneetpriyaji,

till Rajbhog, in Gokul, Aapshri used to go to Jatipura to perform the Rajbhog Seva of Shriji and vice-versa
.

For this purpose he had kept horses, on which he rode to Jatipura. Thus, was his daily Niyam.
